Christmas Birthday Q & A

I was born on 23rd December 1973. I have always enjoyed being a “Christmas Baby.” Imagine my surprise when I was pregnant and was told my baby was due on Christmas Eve. My little girl Holly was born on 23rd December 2006. Do you have any tips on how I can make our joint birthday special?
If you have any ideas for this family, please write in to info@christmasbirthday.net.
This is how it goes in my family:
my mom; 12/20/62
me: 12/25/93
cousin: 12/4/94
aunt: 1/4/??
We go to a relative’s house and celebrate the winter birthdays. We do the same thing for spring. One cake…all set
Born December 25th, I have decided that the answer is this: Christmas babies just want what everyone else has on their birthday. A day to celebrate YOUR day in history. I think that you and your daughter should take that whole day shopping, eating lunch and even spending the night in a hotel. (My mother takes me to Branson which is only 30 minutes away). We shop for my birthday gift. It’s okay that I don’t actually unwrap it because I am getting exactly what I want because I picked it out. We also pick up Christmas gifts while we are out, but the focus is celebratng the fact that I was born. It’s a time to reminisce and enjoy bonding time.
